Simply fill out the online booking and make a payment to confirm your booking with us. We now accept all major credit and debit cards. If you are making your booking less than 12hrs before travelling please call our Operations number on +27 73 949 7162 and we will do our best to accomodate you.
We are aware that from time to time things happen and changes need to be made to bookings or they need to be cancelled altogether.
Just call our Operations on +27 73 949 7162 and our staff will help you with all of your needs. Please be aware of our cancellation policy within the terms and conditions of the order when cancelling your booking with us.
We use a password system as an added security measure. This gives you added peace of mind when you are quoted your password by our company representative. You should remember your password as you will be asked to quote it back to the driver when we drop your vehicle back to you.
Once you have completed the booking process you will receive a confirmation email to the email address that you supplied indicating your booking dates and give you important information for your days of travel.
Your car will be kept within our secure parking compound 3km from O. R. Tambo International Airport.

1.By signing the release form on departure your are agreeing to AAPS Parking Services full terms and conditions, you are entering a contract between you the customer and AAPS Parking Services. Allowing AAPS Parking Services drivers to drive your car for the purpose of AAPS Parking Services only.
2. AAPS Parking Services drivers are responsible drivers and AAPS Parking Services does not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to your car whilst it is parked with AAPS Parking Services. Your car is parked subject to the terms and conditions of your own insurance. Any claims will be dealt with on an individual basis and AAPS Parking Services will endeavour to resolve these claims fairly.
3. AAPS Parking Services do not take any responsibility for any broken or faulty bulbs, windscreens, wing mirrors, aerials, punctures, chip marks, scratches or the interior of your vehicle. Please ensure your vehicle is road legal (taxed, MOT and insured) roadworthy and legal to drive.
4. Cancellations are subject to a full refund providing AAPS Services received at least 24 hours notice Prior to your AAPS Parking Services Time.
5. You are responsible for the contents and possessions of your vehicle and AAPS Parking Services will not be held liable for any loss or damage of these.
6. You are responsible for the information entered into the booking and release forms. Please check these details upon departure especially your AAPS Parking Services return time and flight number (as we track most flights for possible delays). AAPS Parking Services do not accept responsibility for any delays due to wrong information on these forms.
7. LATE RETURNS: Due to the fact we realize not all holidays go as planned and accidents happen. Late returns are charged at our discretion (normally we do not charge you until you have reached 7 days) at R190 per week after the expected return date, payable upon the return of your vehicle.
8. In the event of your vehicle being involved in an accident, AAPS Parking Services will provide you with means of travel to get you home in the quickest possible time. This may be in the form of a hire car or taxi.
9. Should vehicle keys for any reason be lost or misplaced, AAPS Parking And Shuttle Services will replace relevant keys. If the incident coincides with your return, a taxi to get you home will be provided and paid for by AAPS Parking Services. As a precaution AAPS Parking Services advises that you take a spare key on holiday to save on any inconvenience. AAPS Parking And Shuttle Services will not be responsible for any keys other than keys relevant to the car and all unnecessary keys should be removed and only relevant keys should be handed over to our driver.
10. Please ensure you leave your car with enough fuel to cover a distance of roughly 6 kilometers. Failure to do so may result in a fuel Charge.
